Frequently Asked Questions

1. How does the scheduling work?

You have a hearing for a client that has moved across the country, you put that hearing on the Assure Disability calendar and we find an attorney in that area to attend your client’s hearing.

2. How does requesting a hearing work?

After you sign up with Assure you will be given a login page where you can periodically check for hearings in your area, you can then request to be contracted on those.

3. How do payments work?

If you schedule a hearing that is covered by Assure, you will be billed once at the end of the month and can pay via credit card or check. If you have attended hearings for Assure you can either request Early Pay (see below) or you will be paid via ach or check the middle of the following month for all hearings you’ve attended.

4. What is Early Pay?

Assure offers an option to receive your payments for attending hearings via ach typically within one business day. Provided hearing is complete, post hearing work is done and all documents are uploaded.
